Jennifer’s Bio

Escrow Officer, Jennifer Stokes (no relation to Kellie) comes to the Lewisville area by way of Pittsburgh, PA. With her experience in the title industry beginning in 2002, and a Bachelor in Management from Penn State University, Jennifer thrives on the diversity of duties she performs.

Jennifer seamlessly goes from solving Schedule B & C issues to easing the jitters of a first-time homebuyer. Jennifer previously worked in the Park Cities and Plano areas. A reputation that she has earned over the years is that of “spoiling” the real estate agents with whom she works!

Jennifer is an active member of GLAR (Greater Lewisville Association of REALTORS®) and TLTA (Texas Land Title Association). When spare time is found, Jennifer enjoys traveling, tending to her furry children, and pursuing that elusive 300 bowling game score!
